Our approach utilises a modified 360 degree style review of Senior Management staff.  Direct report staff and supervisors are surveyed and a self assessment performed by the reviewee, and the results compared and discussed in order to develop goal setting for the current year utilising Active Professional Portfolios to keep track of goals and ongoing professional development.

For Board Appraisals, we can not only help the board perform a self assessment of their performance but also perform a full external review of the Board’s governance process, policy and practices and provide a written report and recommendations.
